The deadline to file any discovery-related nondispositive motion is 7/18/2024. The parties have agreed to Michael Scopelitis as mediator. The parties may also seek a settlement conference with the Honorable Michael G. Gotsch, Sr. The parties are authorized to mediate until 8/30/2024.
