Hopkins leave to proceed against the Sheriff of Jasper County for the sole purpose of discovery to identify the unknown defendant(s); (2) Dismisses Medical Dept and Unknown CO's; (3) Directs the clerk to transmit the summons & USM-285 for Sheriff of Jasper Co to the USMS with a copy of this order and the complaint; (4) Directs USMS to effect service of process on the Sheriff; (5) Orders th e Sheriff of Jasper Co to appear & respond to discovery to identifying the unknown defendant(s); (6) Waives the Sheriff's obligation to file an answer; (7) Directs clerk to mail Hopkins a blank Prisoner Complaint Form with the cause number of th is case and a copy of this order; (8) Orders that all discovery shall be initiated by 4/7/09; (9) Orders Hopkins to file an amended complaint on or before 6/25/09; and (10) Cautions plaintiff that is he does not file an amended complaint by that deadline, this case will be dismissed.
