OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING IN PART and DENYING IN PART the Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment [ECF No. 21]. Specifically, the Defendants' Motion is DENIED as to the Plaintiff's excessive force claim predicated on the tackle in Co unt I, but GRANTED as to the Plaintiff's excessive force claim predicated on the handcuffing in Count I, as to the Plaintiff's false arrest claim in Count II, and as to the Plaintiff's wrongful seizure claim in Count III. Furthermore, the Court DENIES the Plaintiff's Cross Motion for Partial Summary Judgment [ECF No. 31]. By a separate order, the Court will set this matter for a status conference.
