The Court ORDERS Def endant Tippecanoe School Corporationto provide the information sought in Plaintiffs Requests for Production 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, and 27 and to do so in compliance with FERPA and relevant regulations, including 34 C.F.R. §99.31(a)(9)(ii).
