Dfts appeared by attys Matthew Phillips, Eric Wilkins. The Report filed as DE #13 is ADOPTED as follows: Initial Disclosures to be exchanged by 12/21/2023. All discovery to be completed by 3/26/2025. Plaintiff expert witness disclosures and reports to be delivered to the defendant by 11/20/2024. Defendant expert witness disclosures and reports to be delivered to the plaintiff by 1/3/2025. Rebuttal expert reports and Rule 26(e) supplements due by 2/4/2025. The last date for any party to seek leave of court to join additional parties and to amend the pleadings is 4/5/2024. Parties anticipate the case should be ready for a 5 day jury trial by July 2025. Mike Langford appointed as mediator. Results of the mediation shall be filed with the court no later than 10 days before the final pretrial conference. Mediation to be completed by 2/3/2025. Parties reminded of disclosure obligations under General Order 2023-6. Court stresses importance of considering all ethical implications of using AI, including checking any cited authority.
