ORDER - GRANTING DEFENDANTS' 72 MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT. Because the record is clear and there is no evidence to support Mr. McLean's claims against Dr. Levine, Nurse Resch and Ms. McCullough, the Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment, Dkt. 72 , is GRANTED. ENTRY DISMISSING AMENDED COMPLAINT AND DIRECTING FILING OF SECOND AMENDED COMPLAINT - Plaintiff McLean shall have through Friday, June 15, 2018, by which to file a second amended complaint. The second amended complaint should include factual conten t that allows the Court to draw the reasonable inference that each defendant is liable for the misconduct alleged, specifically: the failure to adequately treat McLean's continuous and on-going pain and suffering resulting from the November 1 3, 2015 incident. Any second amended complaint should have the proper case number, 1:18-cv-00512-TWP-TAB, and the words "Second Amended Complaint" on the first page. If a second amended complaint is filed as directed above, it will be screened.
