Filing 5 Order Granting In Forma Pauperis Status, Screening Complaint, and Ordering Issuance and Service of Process - Plaintiff Lyman Dawson, an Indiana Department of Correction (IDOC) inmate, moves for leave to proceed without prepaying fees or costs. His motion, dkt. #3 , is granted. Giving the pro se complaint the required liberal interpretation at the screening stage, the Court finds that an Eighth Amendment deliberate indifference to serious medical needs claim is stated against each named individual defendant, and against Wexford Corporation on plaintiff's policy-based claim.
