Filing 11 ORDER SCREENING COMPLAINT AND DIRECTING ISSUANCE OF PROCESS - In sum, the claims proceeding in this case are Jones's deliberate indifference and negligent infliction of emotional distress claims against Dr. Byrd, Kim Hobson, and Wexford. All other claims have been dismissed. If the plaintiff believes that additional claims were alleged in the complaint, but not identified by the Court, he shall have through April 23, 2019, in which to identify those claims. The clerk shall terminate Jane Doe Nurse No. 1, Jane Doe Nurse No. 2, and the Indiana Department of Correction as defendants. It is apparent from the Complaint that Wexford Health Sources, Inc. and Wexford Health Services are names used interchangeably for the same entity. Therefore, the clerk shall also terminate Wexford Health Services Inc. as a defendant. The clerk is directed pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(c)(3) to issue process to defendants Byrd, Hobson, and Wexford in the manner specified by Rule 4(d). Process shall consist of the complaint, applicable forms (Notice of Lawsuit and Request for Wavier of Service of Summons and Waiver of Service of Summons), and this Order. (See Order).
