This action shall continue to proceed with the original complaint as the operative pleading, and the clerk shall open a new civil action consistent with the instructions set forth above. To the extent Mr. Taylor's third request for admissions, dkt. 40, constitutes a motion, it is granted insofar as the Court directs the defendants to treat it as properly served requests for admissions. The defendants shall have through May 1, 2019, to respond to the requests if they have not already done so. Mr. Taylor's unopposed motion to compel, dkt. 41, is granted.
