ORDER - DIRECTING PAYMENT OF FILING FEE;The plaintiff, an inmate at the Wabash Valley Correctional Facility, filed this action on July 9, 2019, without payment of the $400 filing fee prescribed by Congress. See 28 U.S.C. 1914(a). As the plaintiff has been informed by this Court, he has "struck out" under 28 U.S.C. 1915. See, e.g., Reaves v. Hunter, et al., 1:19-cv-01558-JMS-TAB, dkt. 12. This renders the plaintiff ineligible to proceed in forma pauperis.The plaintiff shall pay the $400 filing fee to the clerk of the district court no later than October 10, 2019.
