Order - Pro se Plaintiff Pierre Pullins filed a Complaint on May 5, 2020 without paying the filing fee. (ECF No. 1.) This Court therefore ordered him to pay the filing fee or demonstrate that he lacks the financial ability to do so by filing a motion for leave to proceed without paying the filing fee. (ECF No. 3.) Pullins has now filed a Motion to Proceed without Paying the Filing Fee. ECF No. #4 . This motion is denied because Pullins has sufficient income and/or resources to prepay the entire filing fee of Four Hundred Dollars ($400). Pullins shall have until July 21, 2020 in which to pay the filing fee to the Clerk of Court. Failure to do so may result in the dismissal of the action for failure to prosecute and failure to comply with Court orders. (Copy to Plaintiff via U.S. mail) Signed by Judge James R.
