Order to Show Cause Why Action Should Not Be Dismissed - The plaintiff initiated this action on June 14, 2021, without paying the required $402 filing fee. See dkt. 1. On June 24, 2021, the Court sent the plaintiff a notice of deficiency directing him to pay the filing fee or demonstrate his financial inability to do so. See dkt. 4. The plaintiff has failed to comply with this deadline. Accordingly, the plaintiff shall have through August 25, 2021, to pay the required $402 filing fee or demonstrate his financial inability to do so.
