ORDER Dismissing Case Without Prejudice and Directing Further Proceedings. This case is dismissed without prejudice for the foregoing reasons. Mr. Ellis' motion to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #2 , is denied as moot. Mr. Ellis is instructed to include any allegation related to a fainting episode at Pendleton in his amended complaint in Ellis v. Clark, 1:21-cv-02383-JMS-DML. If Mr. Ellis attempts to initiate any additional cases related to fainting at Pendleton that could have been included as allegations supporting his claims in Ellis v. Clark, the new complaint will be dismissed with prejudice as malicious under 28 U.S.C. 1915(g). Final judgment shall now issue. (See Order). Copy to Plaintiff via U.S. Mail.
