ORDER DENYING #2 MOTION FOR LEAVE TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS AND DIRECTING FURTHER PROCEEDINGS - Plaintiff Kente Barker filed this civil rights lawsuit while he was incarcerated at Plainfield Correctional Facility. Dkt. 1 8. He sought leave to proceed in forma pauperis. Dkt. #2 . Mr. Barker's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #2 , is therefore DENIED without prejudice. If Mr. Barker wishes to seek leave to proceed in forma pauperis, he must complete the Court's form for proceeding in forma pauperis for non-prisoners or file a renewed motion addressing the items that the Court's form addresses. The clerk is DIRECTED to send Mr. Barker a copy of the Court's non-prisoner IFP form along with a copy of this order. The clerk is also DIRECTED to update Mr. Barker's address. Consistent with this Order, Mr. Barker shall either pay the full filing fee in this matter or renew his motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis by April 8, 2023. He shall also either send the court a phone number at which he can be reached or notify the court that he does not have an active phone number consistent with this Court's notice to pro se litigants by April 8, 2023.
