ORDER SCREENING AMENDED COMPLAINT AND DIRECTING FURTHER PROCEEDINGS - This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff David Monsivais' Motion for Leave to File Amended Complaint (Dkt. #16 ), and Emergency Motion for Preliminary Injunction (Dkt. #17 ). The clerk is DIRECTED to re-docket the Amended Complaint, (Dkt. [16-1]), as the Amended Complaint. Having screened the Amended Complaint, the claims listed in the Discussion shall proceed and Mr. Monsivais shall have through May 29, 2026, in which to file a motion to reconsider the screening order.
