Filing 36 Entry Granting Motion for Summary Judgment and Directing Entry of Final Judgment - Plaintiff Oscar Smith, an inmate of the Wabash Valley Correctional Facility ("Wabash Valley") brings this action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1983, allegi ng that the defendants, Dr. Lolit Joseph, Dr. Michael Mitcheff, and Marla Gadberry, were deliberately indifferent to his serious medical needs by denying him treatment for a Hepatitis C virus ("HCV") infection. The defendants move for summary judgment. The defendants' motion for summary judgment [dkt 17] is granted. Judgment consistent with this Entry shall now issue. (See Entry.) Signed by Judge William T.
