Filing 20 ENTRY: Accordingly, the plaintiff's request for a TRO is denied. The plaintiff alleges that defendants Lemmon, Brown, Gilmore, and Osborn have denied plaintiff's requests for assistance in securing a transfer to another prison. The cl aims against these defendants are dismissed. The claim asserted against Ms. Littlejohn is dismissed. The plaintiff alleges that Casework Manager Reeves has denied him "entitlements.", such claim is dismissed. Claims against Ms. Bla singane are dismissed. The plaintiff alleges that Nurse Riggs submitted a false conduct report when she charged him with Threatening, any constitutional claim based on these allegations must be dismissed. Any claim asserted against Nurse Hobson in this action is dismissed. For the above reasons, the complaint fails to state a claim upon which relief can be granted as a matter of law and is therefore dismissed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915A. The plaintiff shall have through January 4, 2017, in which to show cause why this action should not be dismissed for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted ***SEE ENTRY FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION***.
