Filing 107 ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS' MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT - Plaintiff Len Davis, an inmate in the Federal Bureau of Prisons ("BOP"), complained of severe tooth pain for nearly three months before having his tooth extracted. Dkt. 1 at 1. Mr. Davis argues that Defendants provided unconstitutionally deficient medical care. Id. Defendants have filed a motion for summary judgment. Dkt. 89 .
