Filing 5 Entry Screening Complaint, Dismissing Insufficient Claims and Directing Further Proceedings - The plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis, Dkt. No. 3 , is granted. The plaintiff is assessed an initial partial filing fee of Six Dollar s and Eighty-Three Cents ($6.83). He shall have through December 28, 2017, to pay this sum to the clerk. The clerk is designated pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(c)(3) to issue process to defendant Officer Sharp in the manner specified by Ru le 4(d). Process shall consist of the complaint filed on November 27, 2017, dkt. 2, applicable forms (Notice of Lawsuit and Request for Waiver of Service of Summons and Waiver of Service of Summons), and this Entry.
