Filing 85 Order Granting Motion for Summary Judgment and Directing Entry of Final Judgment - There is no evidence that any individual defendant was deliberately indifferent to Mr. Mullins's shingles. Likewise, there is no evidence of any unconstitutional Wexford policy, practice, or custom in this regard. Accordingly, the defendants' motions for summary judgment, dkt. 68 and dkt. 71 , are granted. Mr. Mullins's claims are dismissed with prejudice.
