Filing 4 ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE (Discipline Case) - Francisco Guerrero's petition for a writ of habeas corpus challenges his B-202 disciplinary conviction on October 5, 2018. The petitioner's motion to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #2 , is denied because he has sufficient funds, over $1300.00, in his trust fund account. He shall have through February 20, 2019, in which to pay the $5.00 filing fee for this action to the Clerk of the Court. The custodian of petitioner is directed to answer the allegations of the petition for a writ of habeas corpus and in doing so shall show cause why the relief sought by the petitioner should not be granted. This shall be done within forty-two (42) days of the date this Entry is signed. The petitioner shall have twenty-eight (28) days after service of such answer or return to order to show cause on him in which to reply. (See Order.) (Show Cause Response due by 2/28/2019.)
