April 8, 2019 Filing 6 ENTRY SCREENING COMPLAINT AND DIRECTING SERVICE - The clerk is directed, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(c), to issue process to (1) Dr. Jackie West- Denning and (2) Wexford of Indiana, LLC in the manner specified by Rule 4(d).
