His claim that Kevin Gilmore, Dick Brown, and Travis Davis knew that Robinson had a habit of conducting such searches and turned a blind eye shall also proceed under the Fourth and Eighth Amendments. The clerk shall terminate all defendants other than D. Robinson, Myers, Kevin Gilmore, Dick Brown, and Travis Davis and add defendant Myers on the docket. Mr. Frazier's motion for information, dkt. #5 , is granted to the extent that the clerk shall include a copy of the docket with Mr. Frazier's copy of this Order.
