Ind.), filed on April 2, 2019. The complaint, dkt. #1 , filed in both actions appears to be identical except that the complaint in this action has two copies of page 78 included. There is no reason for duplicative lawsuits which drain scarce judicial resources. Accordingly, this action is dismissed without prejudice.
