Filing 15 ORDER SCREENING COMPLAINT, DISMISSING DEFICIENT CLAIMS, AND DIRECTING ISSUANCE AND SERVICE OF PROCESS - The Eighth Amendment deliberate indifference claims against the three named defendants are the only viable claims identified by the Court in Mr. Taylor's complaint. If Mr. Taylor believes the Court has overlooked a claim and/or defendant, he shall have through July 15, 2019, in which to file a motion to reconsider or an amended complaint that cures the deficiencies identified in this Order. The clerk is directed pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(c)(3) to issue process to defendants Barbara Riggs, R.N., Amy Wright, R.N., and Kim Hobson, R.N., in the manner specified by Rule 4(d).
