Filing 17 Order Directing Further Proceedings - On October 26, 2020, the Court ordered the plaintiff to pay an initial partial filing fee of Seven Dollars and Sixty Cents ($7.60). Dkt. #7 . The time to make that payment was extended through December 2, 2020. Dkt. #16 . That extended deadline has passed and the plaintiff has failed to do so or otherwise respond. Therefore, the plaintiff shall have through January 8, 2021, to pay the initial partial filing fee or explain why doing so is not possible. The plaintiff's motion to appoint counsel, dkt #10 , is denied without prejudice. Defendants have not yet been served, appeared, nor answered. The plaintiff's request for a copy of the rules regarding e-filing, dkt #15 , is granted to the extent that the clerk is directed to include a copy of the General Order, In re: Prisoner Electronic Filing Program, along with plaintiff's copy of this Order.
