Filing 7 ENTRY SCREENING AND DISMISSING COMPLAINT AND DIRECTING PLAINTIFF TO SHOW CAUSE - The complaint must be dismissed for the reasons set forth above. Mr. Sims shall have through July 16, 2021, in which to show cause why Judgment consistent with this Entry should not issue. Mr. Sims' motion for assistance filed on June 11, 2021, requests that the Court contact the Warden and tell him to direct certain correctional officers to leave Mr. Sims alone and stop "retaliating" against him. His motion, dkt. #6 , is denied because 1) his concerns do not relate the claims in this case, and 2) the Court does not reach out to nonparty prison officials on matters not related to a specific case or controversy.
