ORDER Directing Severance of Claims and Denying Without Prejudice Motion for Preliminary Injunction - Mr. Wheeler's 130-page complaint provides nine different sets of claims involving different defendants. The claims must be severed. Mr. Wheeler has through May 16, 2022, to advise the Court which claims he wants to pursue in this action, and whether he wants the Court to sever the remaining claims into separate actions. If he does not act by this date, the Court will screen the claims alleged in subsection A.
