ORDER - Mr. Golliday's motion for court assistance, dkt. #4 , is granted insofar as the Court notifies him that the undersigned judge, James P. Hanlon, is the District Judge assigned to this matter, and Mark J. Dinsmore is the magistrate judge. Mr. Golliday's motion to compel, dkt. #5 , is denied. Motions for the Court to intervene, dkt. #10 (concerning the jail's handling of his mail), and for Court assistance, dkt. #11 (concerning handling of grievances), are denied for the same reasons. Mr. Golliday's motion asking the Court to intervene in various aspects of his criminal prosecution, dkt #12 , is denied. Mr. Golliday's motion to change the venue of this action from the Terre Haute Division to the Indianapolis Division, dkt. #7 , is denied. Mr. Golliday's motion to acknowledge change of address, dkt. #9 , is granted insofar as the Court has changed Mr. Golliday's address on the docket. The motion is denied insofar as it requests that the Court send a letter confirming receipt of every paper he sends to the Court. Copy to plaintiff via US Mail. ORDER REGARDING INMATE TRUST ACCOUNT STATEMENT - granting #13 Motion for assistance regarding production of his inmate trust account. The Court orders the Vigo County sheriff or his designee to provide the Court a certified copy of Mr. Golliday's trust account statement (or institutional equivalent) for the six-month period preceding the filing of this action on July 20, 2022. He will do so no later than September 30, 2022. The trust account statement should be submitted to the Clerk of the Court and reference case number 2:22-cv-00292-JPH-MJD.
