ORDER DIRECTING PLAINTIFF'S CUSTODIAN TO FORWARD CERTIFIED COPY OF PLAINTIFF'S SIX-MONTH TRUST ACCOUNT STATEMENT AND ORDERING PLAINTIFF TO FILE MOTION TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS - The Court understands that Ms. Paul is trying to seek to proceed in forma pauperis. However, she must file a motion with the necessary information, including a copy of her trust account information. Accordingly, the Court hereby ORDERS Warden Julie Stout or her designee at the Rockville Correctional Facility to provide the Court with a certified copy of Ms. Paul's trust account statement for the six-month period preceding the filing of this action on December 7, 2022, and to do so no later than January 3, 2023. Ms. Paul has through January 3, 2023, to file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis. The clerk is directed to send Ms. Paul a form motion to proceed in forma pauperis with her copy of this Order.
