ORDER granting #7 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis to the extent that the plaintiff is assessed an initial partial filing fee of Fifty-Two Dollars and Forty Cents ($52.40). The plaintiff shall have through March 8, 2023, in which to pay this sum to the clerk of the district court. The motion is denied to the extent that the plaintiff asks the Court to waive the initial partial filing fee. The clerk is directed to maintain the plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #7 , under seal because it contains the names of minor children. Copy to plaintiff via US Mail.
