ORDER: denying as moot #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis filed by Gervais (Ken) Ngombwa. In filing his 2255 motion, Ngombwa appears to have used a standard 2255 form. However, that form is only half completed. Ngombwa is directed to file an amended petition within thirty (30) days. The amended petition must set out his grounds for relief.
