Filing 2 ORDER re #1 Pro Se Complaint filed by George Deason: Deason has 30 days from the date of this order to either pay the filing fee or file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis that complies with requirements. The Clerk's office is directed to send Deason the standard in forma pauperis form. If Deason does not either pay the filing fee or file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis within 30 days, this case will be dismissed with no further order of the court. The Clerk's office is also directed to send Deason a copy of the standard 1983 form. Deason is given 30 days from the date of this order to file an amended complaint, using the provided form, that names appropriate defendants and otherwise complies with Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. If Deason does not file an amended complaint within 30 days, his case will be denied for failure to state a claim with no further order from the court.
