Filing 3 INITIAL REVIEW ORDER: re #1 MOTION for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis filed by Elizabeth Fedynich #2 MOTION for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis filed by Nicole Fedynich are both granted. The Clerk's office shall docket the #1 -1 compliant without prepayment of fees. Upon initial review, the Fedynichs' claims for intentional infliction of emotional distress and invasion of privacy are dismissed for failure to state a cognizable claim which relief may be granted, as are claims against Drew Manager. The Fedynichs' claims for retaliation and failure to provide reasonable accommodations under FHA and RA, as well as the remaining claims, will be allowed to proceed. The plaintiffs are given twenty-one (21) days from the date of this order to file a notice to the court containing the addresses for the remaining defendants. Upon receipt of that notice, the Clerk of Court is directed to serve, via certified mail or similar tracked mail service, the #1 -1 complaint, along with a copy of this order and the waiver of service of summons form, on the remaining defendants at the addresses provided by the plaintiffs. If plaintiffs fail to file a notice containing defendants' addresses within 21 days, this case will be dismissed without prejudice for failure to prosecute.
