ORDER re #1 Pro Se Complaint filed by True Vision Tattoos and Fine Arts LLC, Jacob Curtis Allen Helm. I will grant plaintiffs thirty days from the date of this order to either pay the filing fee or file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis which complies with the requirements of 1915. The Clerk of Court's Office is directed to send plaintiffs two copies of the standard in forma pauperis form. If plaintiffs do not file motions to proceed in forma pauperis within thirty days, this case will be dismissed with no further order of the court. Additionally, plaintiffs' complaint does not contain a short and plain statement of their claim, nor, does it appear to comply with the signing requirements of Fed. R. Civ. P. 11. Accordingly, the Clerk of Court's Office is directed to send plaintiffs a copy of the standard 1983 form. Plaintiffs are given thirty days from the date of this order to file an amended complaint using the provided form. See Order text for further details.
