ORDER re #1 Complaint filed by Kasper Lamar Dobbs: Plaintiff is given thirty days from the date of this order to either pay the complete $402 filing fee or file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis which complies with the rules. If plaintiff fails to either pay the filing fee or file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis, this case will be dismissed with no further order of the Court. The Clerk of Court is directed to send plaintiff a copy of the standard in forma pauperis form. Plaintiff is given thirty days from the date of this order to file an amended complaint using the standard Section 1983 form. The amended complaint will supersede plaintiff's previous filing. If plaintiff fails to file an amended complaint within thirty days, this case will be dismissed with no further order of the Court for failure to state a claim.
