ORDER re nine cases filed by plaintiff Henry Michael Berns. 23-CV-1022 plaintiff given 30 days to file both an amended motion to proceed in forma pauperis and an amended complaint. 23-CV-1023, 23-CV-1025, 23-CV-1026, 23-CV-1027, 23-CV-1028, 23-CV-1029, 23-CV-1030 and 23-CV-1031 in each case plaintiff given 30 days to either pay the full filing fee or file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis and also file an amended complaint. The Clerk of Court is directed to refund all $5.00 partial filing fees plaintiff submitted in the following cases: 23-CV-1025, 23-CV-1026, 23-CV-1027, 23-CV-1028, 23-CV-1029, 23-CV-1030 and 23-CV-1031. Any dismissal for failure to state a claim could count as a strike under 28 U.S.C. 1915(g). Plaintiff may request copies of the standard Section 1983 form and the standard in forma pauperis form from the Clerk of Courts office. Plaintiff is reminded that any future filings that fail to comply with the requirements set out above will result in the Court ordering him to show cause why he should not be sanctioned.
