INITIAL REVIEW ORDER - Granting 1 MOTION for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis filed by Marvin Hall. The clerk's office is directed to file the complaint as a new entry without the prepayment of the filing fee. Plaintiff is directed to submit an initial partial filing of $6.65 by no later than July 17, 2017. The clerk's office is directed to send a copy of this order and the notice of collection of filing fee to the appropriate official at the place where plaintiff is an inmate. Plaintiff's 42 U.S.C. section 1983 is dismissed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915A(b)(1) and/or 218 U.S.C. section 1915(e)(2)(B). The clerk's office is directed to enter judgment in favor or defendants.
