ORDER: Plaintiff is granted thirty (30) days from the date of this order to file motions to proceed in forma pauperis in both cases (C19-3024-LTS, C19-3025-LTS) that comply with the rules. See order text. The clerk's office is directed to send Elphic two copies of the standard form to proceed in forma pauperis. If Elphic fails to file motions to proceed in forma pauperis within thirty (30) days, the cases will be dismissed with no further order of the court. Additionally, Plaintiff is given thirty (30) days from the date of this order to file an amended complaint in the 1983 case (C19-3024-LTS). If Elphic fails to file an amended complaint within thirty (30) days, the 1983 case will be dismissed with no further order from the court.
