Because Plaintiff has been appointed counsel, any further pleadings should be filed solely through appointed counsel. Appo inted counsel shall have 20 days to file an amended complaint. Claims against Attorney Steven Addington and Iowa Assistant Attorney General McCormally are dismissed without prejudice. 28 USC Section 2254 cause of action is dismissed without prejudi ce.
