INITIAL Review Order Dismissing Case as Frivolous: Applications to proceed in forma pauperis 1 , 2 are granted. Clerk of Court shall file the complaint without the prepayment of the filing fee. Plaintiffs Cory M Schon and Martin R Schon pay Ini tial Filing Fee in the Amount of $10.00 by no later than 7/31/2013.
