The minor children shall be transferred to the custody of Ms Mendoza by Mr Medina (See Order Text). Clerk of Court shall retain the passports and travel documents of the minor children until and unless I grant a motion by Mr Medina to obtain these documents to allow him to comply with the order for return of the children to the custody of Ms Mendoza.
