ORDER to Establish Jurisdiction: On or before September 8, 2021, Orion shall submit a notice identifying (currently and at the time of removal) its members and the citizenship of each member. For any member of Orion that is a corporation, Orion should allege that member's principal place of business and state of incorporation; for any member of Orion that is an individual, Orion should allege the state where that person resides, is domiciled, and is a citizen of; and for any member of Orion that is itself a non-corporate artificial entity (for example, Orion Food Systems Holdings, LLC), Orion should allege the members of that entity and their citizenship (and so on and so forth).
