Filing 6 INITIAL Review Order Dismissing Case as Frivolous: Application to proceed in forma pauperis is granted. Clerk of Court shall file the complaint for the purpose of making a record. Prisoner Edward Martin, III to pay Initial Filing Fee in the Amount o f $ 9.07 by 10/18/11. The institution having custody of the Plaintiff is directed to collect and remit monthly payments. The Clerk's office is directed tos end a copy of this order and the notice of collection of filing fee to the appropr iate official at the place where the plaintiff is an inmate. Plaintiff's 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983 action is dismissed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Sec. 1915(e)(2)(B).
