MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER - Defendants motion (Doc. No. 26 ) for summary judgment is granted in its entirety and all claims are hereby dismissed with prejudice. Trial, currently scheduled to begin July 23, 2018, is hereby canceled. Judgment shall enter in favor of the defendant and against the plaintiffs. Defendants motion to dismiss (Doc.
