May 20, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 12 ORDER It has come to the courts attention that this case was incorrectly removed to the Northern District of Iowa, Central Division, when in fact it should have been removed to the Northern District of Iowa, Eastern Division, because Black Hawk County is located in the Eastern Division. As such, the Clerk of Court shall transfer this case from the Central Division to the Eastern Division. The parties are advised that this will result in the assignment of a new case number for this action. Once that case number is assigned, the parties shall adjust the caption for all further filings in this case to accurately reflect the new division and case number. In addition, because this case will be transferred to the Eastern Division, trial will take place in Cedar Rapids, not Sioux City. An amended trial management order will issue separately. Case Transferred Out - Divisional Transfer to Eastern Division - Case number C22-2023-LTS-KEM. Signed by Chief Judge Leonard T Strand on 5/20/2022. (des)
