Wright has 30 days from the date of this order to either pay the filing fee or file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis that complies with the requirements. The Clerk's office is directed to send Wright the standard in forma pauperis form. If Wright does not either pay the filing fee or file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis within 30 days, this case will be dismissed with no further order of the court. The Clerk's office is directed to send Wright a copy of the standard 1983 form. Wright is given 30 days from the date of this order to file an amended complaint. If Wright does not file an amended complaint within 30 days, his case will be denied for failure to state a claim with no further order from the court.
