ORDER re #1 Pro Se Complaint filed by Willie Bob Walker. The Court will give plaintiff 30 days from the date of this order to either pay the filing fee or file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis that complies with requirements. The Clerk of Court is directed to send plaintiff a copy of the standard motion to proceed in forma pauperis form. If plaintiff fails to either pay the filing fee or file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis within 30 days, the case will be dismissed without prejudice without further order of the court. If plaintiff fails to file an amended complaint within thirty days, this case will be dismissed with no further order of the Court for failure to state a claim.
