TEXT ORDER: IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff Levi Andrew Palmers application to proceed without prepayment of fees, ECF No. 2, is GRANTED. Based on the information submitted, the Court assesses Palmer an initial partial filing fee of $67.83, with the remainder of the $350.00 filing fee to be paid to the Clerk of Court from his prison account in accordance with 28 U.S.C. 1915(b). The Clerk of Court is directed to accept the personal check of Palmer for $67.83 that was enclosed with his complaint in payment of his initial partial filing fee. Because Palmer has been granted leave to proceed without prepayment of fees, he is not required to pay the $52.00 administrative fee.
