PurFoods, LLC, No. 4:23-cv-00339-RGE-SBJ; Clements, et al. v. PurFoods, LLC, No. 4:23-cv-00340-RGE-SBJ; Betts v. PurFoods, LLC, No. 4:23-cv-00352-RGE-SBJ; Aldridge v. PurFoods, LLC, No. 4:23-cv-00357-RGE-SBJ; DAngelo v. PurFoods, LLC, No. 4:23-cv-00358-RGE-SBJ; Fuss v. PurFoods, LLC, No. 4:23-cv-00360-RGE-SBJ; and Emmert v. PurFoods, LLC, No. 4:23-cv-00365-RGE-SBJ. All further filings must be made in the lead case of Douglas, et al. v. PurFoods, LLC, No. 4:23-cv-00332-RGE-SBJ. The other actions are to be administratively closed. Plaintiffs have until November 28, 2023 to file a consolidated complaint in the lead case. Defendants have 60 days after the consolidated complaint is filed to file an answer or other responsive pleading.
